You first need to update Mosaic software to version 1.4.4 from App Store or Google Play if you have not done so already. Check Mosaic dCS controls “Support/Versions” option to make sure that the blue lozenge shows that the Update is still available, given that you have tried three times. If it is then proceed as below.
