Having Err problem to update network firmware to 527 version

You first need to update Mosaic software to version 1.4.4 from App Store or Google Play if you have not done so already.

  1. Check Mosaic dCS controls “Support/Versions” option to make sure that the blue lozenge shows that the Update is still available, given that you have tried three times. If it is then proceed as below. If not then there may be another issue that I cannot deal with here.
  2. If you can still update, switch off your Lina from the rear rocker switch first
  3. Wait a minute or two then switch back on.
  4. Return to Mosaic Support/Versions and carry out the update.

This should now complete the update correctly. If not let us know. BTW, although dCS have said this process should not be necessary, it may be advisable.
