Network board s/w update failure

Hi, I have a bartok apex and cannot update network board s/w update.
Download update is OK but have a error message with contact to dcs keep comming up after several tries.
Please advise.
(I successfully completed the same nerwork board version update on my other Rossini apex ar the 1sr try)

You first need to update Mosaic software to version 1.4.4 from App Store or Google Play if you have not done so already. Check Mosaic dCS controls “Support/Versions” option to make sure that the blue lozenge shows that the Update is still available, given that you have tried three times. If it is then proceed as below. Problwm solved!!
I reboot the bartok with rear power switch so that there is no music in the que and executed the network update, which sucessfully went through.
