Re-living one of my favourite New Year’s Concerts ever when Riccardo Muti burst onto the scene. I remember watching on TV and being struck by how fresh he made all the old standards sound.

I remember seeing him at Carnegie Hall a decade ago and thought he brought great style, energy and presence to the performance.
Benedetta Caretta to be listened to preferably with the Oyaide Tunami Terzo V2 interconnects from the DAC to the amp. I have a separate playlist just for these interconnects because its imperfections make certain tracks where the focus is on the vocals sound amazing.
