Dear support, today i realize my Vivaldi One does not load SACD. The logo on machine always show CD when i use SACD. What should i do?
Assuming you’ve done the normal troubleshooting step of power cycling your player, it may be due to a malady all too common to SACD players - laser aging.
It’s been found across several brands of player and transport that over time as the laser ages it’s no longer strong enough to read the SACD layer, while it can still “see” the Red Book CD layer just fine.
