I tried to update new software for network board on my Bartok from 1.4.4 (527) to 529. It downloads but then when verifying says that there is an error & to contact dCS. I have tried to do it repeatedly without success.
Switch off Bartok from the rear panel rocker switch. Wait a minute or so. Switch back on and reboot. Now open Mosaic control hamburger menu Support and select the blue update option.
The update should now start and complete correctly.
