Update available?

Hi - when I try to install this update I’m getting an error message saying to contact dCS. What’s going on?

What is the exact wording of the error? (a screenshot would be best)

Also, what type of unit (Bartók DAC or Headphone DAC) and what are the last 5 digits of the serial number.
