I use Tidal in the Mosaic app but from some weeks now I can’t get access to my tracks library. I can access to the albums, playlist but not the tracks. It’s starts downloading and it gets stuck to a point and crush. I already logout and login but still the same.
Have you tried removing Mosaic app and re-install it.
Do you already have the latest version of Mosaic

I tried but it doesn’t work…
Try switching off your dCS DAC, switch on the back, leave it off for a few minutes and switch it back on, see if it works after a fresh new start, if not better to send an email to dcs support
Hi It seems that I have the same problem as you with my TIDAL favourite tracks and I am not the only one around me. Phil Harris and his team are trying to solve this.

Hi,
This is currently with the software guys being looked into … so far it seems like a malformed list being returned from the streaming service but I haven’t had that confirmed.
