Tidal connect stopped working

I have a new issue with Tidal Connect and Mosaic. If I start a playlist using Tidal Connect and it finishes playing, after a short while both the Tidal app and Mosaic are unresponsive and will not play music. Clicking play on either one does nothing. I have to power cycle the dCS and then start over

Is this something that is reproducible? I’ve been trying to get mine to do similar this morning but have been unable to do so…

If you are able to reproduce this then can you drop us a report to [email protected] as there are some tests and checks I’d like to get you to do.

Hi Phil, I reproduced the issue following these steps. Note that I am connected to a wireless google mesh network, and the dCS unit is connect to a wireless access point via ethernet cable

Have both tidal app and mosaic open
Use tidal connect to play playlist
Use mosaic to control volume
Walk outide with phone out of wifi range
Return home
Try resuming play on Tidal app, does not work
Try resuming play of Mosaic app, does not work

Closing the loop as I no longer experiece this issue. Tidal connect is stable and reliable for me now
