Spotify connect not working with Upsampler

I was able to use Spotify connect until last week/few days ago. Starting recently none of the devices I have Mosaic on is showing the upsampler in Spotify nor Mosaic unable to resume playback, saying not logged in. When I try to logout I get the same error. Is this related to Spotify premium changes for lossless addition or a similar issue like Tidal, interface has broken?

I just verified on my system that the latest Spotify App (1.2.73.474 MacOS Apple Silicon) has no problems seeing my Vivaldi Upsampler.

If your Upsampler is not showing up on your Spotify App, you likely have some network connectivity issues between your Spotify Apps device(s) and your Upsampler.

I noticed even Airplay isn’t showing the upsampler, definitely something blocking on the device. I power cycled and now could see it. However, the network software on upsampler is very flimsy. When I stream larger files it just disconnects so also if I tend to navigate between songs quickly same behavior. Probably this device is for oldies only who does operate bit slowly. I don’t have this problem with other devices to call my network or PhoenixNet the culprits.
