sure- no prob
Just set 6v on the Bartók and 8v on the Vitus. Definitely not as loud as 2v?
Guys, please stay on-topic!
You could start a separate new topic to discuss your Vitus, if you like.
So very true ![]()
Ah, Feliks replaced with Felix.
Too British ?
Not for me ![]()
Do the superb Pablo’s Eye count as a 90’s Belgian art rock band?
Don’t know this one! Thanks for the recommendation. It will soon count most likely. Will tell you about the cat’s feeling about it ![]()
Check out You Have a Yearning for Perfection - very appropriate listening for this forum.
Nice rig! The M3 is a nice loudspeaker.
Beautiful setup. I would definitely be interested in hearing more about the M3s
After a bit more listening. Still trying to find the right location before adding the m-pods.
Congrats Jim! ![]()
Did you compare with the S5s and if so how would you characterise the differences? Never heard the M3s but been very impressed by the S5s, as well as our M6es at the factory.
Hi Andrew,
Are the M6s a relatively new addition to the dCS factory listening room?
If so, what amplification are they typically paired with? The Dags?
Thx!
Richard
Hi Richard,
No, we’ve had them at least as long as I’ve been here. They work well with both the d’Aggies and the Constellation, I’m not aware that they have any “preference”. Also, both sets of amps are pretty much permanent fixtures in the demo room as they are so damn heavy, so which gets used is more down to the audience or the preference of the person running the demo.
I had listen to the model one step down, it sound amazing but it didnt play “loud”, very limited in power delivery. Is that model the same?
