Right channel XLR output on my dCS Bartok is not working. RCA is working fine

I am now using dCS Bartok for quite sometimes and this issue just happened recently.

Right channel XLR output on my dCS Bartok is not working. There were some ‘shhh’ sounds when I played some songs. RCA is working fine for both right and left. I have done unit factory reset but I still found the problem.

My firmware is 2.01. my unit is year 2019 and I imported directly from UK.

Switch for another XLR cables also not working, too.

I will bring the unit to my trusted repairer but I would like the help to scope down which board that the repairer should look into with the picture.

Or should I do anything on the software side to resolve the problem?

I’m very sorry that you are having issues with your Bartok.

I’m afraid that we are unable to provide remote diagnosis for hardware issues as there are no end-user serviceable parts or assemblies inside and my recommendation would be to get the unit back to a dCS dealer who can arrange for the unit to be diagnosed and repaired.
