I had to download track by track, downloader doesn’t work here (MAC user too)…

Share are you based? Does it work for PMC?
So there are problems with the diwnloader. I have been reporting issues to Qobuz about it for months. Now I find I am unable to install a copy to a new laptop as my anti-virus software blocks it as suspect.
So what I have been seeing as a problem personal to me appears to have wider implications.
What to do? Qobuz have also changed their customer service contact and my attempts to use it have been ignored.
So what had been an excellent service from a customer viewpoint seems to have morphed into something that I am likely to leave after many years great satisfaction previously.

@Frankie67 , I decided to try downloading some DSD files from Qobuz.
I also use a MacBook (Pro), and when I tried to use the Qobuz downloader, once opening, it repeatedly resulted in a message that there’s an update available…
After countless update attempts, it updated successfully…
I then looked at my settings on the downloader.
As all files I’d previously downloaded were PCM, I had the FLAC setting enabled
So, I deselected it
Consequently, the DSD files were successfully downloaded
I hope that will enable you to successfully download your DSD files…

I’ve just downloaded a new version of the Qobuz Downloader and looks like it’s working now!

SQ is quite sublime (usually I buy music not because of it SQ, but curiosity brought me to buy and try this one)…that’s why I mentioned that no one needs more “high-res” like DSD256 or even more…
Didn’t work for me, even after the upgrade so I decided to download track by track…

found these on nativedsd…the sound impressions you get even over the MAC build-in loudspeaker are great…
will not buy it, my wife kills me if so…
