After powering down and recently after a power cut the Puccini refuses to load a disc. Occasionally switching on and off and even threatening to send it to the tip works. Not this time. I would be delighted if someone could help.

This kind of fault is not likely to be fixed without attention from dCS or authorised agent. You need to contact dCS support by sending an email to:
