Please Help! My Elgar Plus DAC stops working

My Elgar Plus DAC stopped working yesterday.I checked the fuse and it is fine. It is connected to power supply, but can’t turn on. Do you know if there is a reset button or if you have any ideas how to fix it?

I’m very sorry to hear that you’re having problems with your Elgar Plus. My recommendation is that you contact the dCS factory on Monday and one of my colleagues will be able to assist you.

Thank you for your reply. I contacted dCS yesterday.
I checked the Elgar and I believed that the transformers burned after lightning. Do you think I can order the transformers from dCS?
