I cannot get any services via airable on Mosaic ( in my case radio or Qobuz). Although Mosaic is discovered and the initial options displayed when I try to select further ( individual stations or albums from Qobuz) all I see is a buffering icon. UPnP is fine. Is airable down?

I seem to have the same problem. Now using Qobuz connect which works.
Thanks. I am currently associating Qobuz Connect with this as I switched to it and cannot get out of it.
Normally you should be able to get ‘out’ of connect using Mosaic to select something different, but as Airable seems to have issues I suppose this doesn’t work right now.
I’ve just had a check here and seems OK so if you are still having issues can one of you grab a set of logs from your unit after trying to switch back to an Airable source and send them to me at [email protected] please?

It seems to be OK now so I will check again tomorrow and let you know if required.
I wonder if there was some kind of issue as earlier I was getting an orange ticker tape warning that the station I selected was not available even though it was playing (BBC Radio 3).
I’ve been on to the Airable guys and they have said that one of their hosting providers had a network issue for about an hour between 18:30 and 19:30 … they have multiple servers out there (as you would rightly expect) so most requests were still being handled but it looks like you guys were connected to the servers that were having issues.

I think that sounds like what we ran into. It’s working normally again so no problems. Thanks for asking airable though.
