New iPhone new problems!,

Some more help please! Have never had any trouble logging in to my Bartok. Yesterday I bought a new iPhone 11 and now I cannot log in using this new phone. The only way it will recognise the Bartok is by entering the ip address of the Bartok. Then 9 times out of 10 I get the dreaded blurred blue pause button and have to start all over again. I have no problems using my iPad. Many thanks for any help.

Are you still having issues with your iPhone and Mosaic?

This would normally suggest a network issue but do you have any other handheld devices that are running Mosaic and do they have issues connecting?

No problem with connecting Mosaic with my iPad. Still have the occasional blurred pause button when using my iphone but now no problem in connecting my new iphone to Bartok.
