A few weeks ago new albums started popping up in my favorites (mosaic Rossini Qobuz) and I did not do that myself.
I have changed my Qobuz password a few times now, with the idea that would stop anyone else using my qobuz account. (If the account was hacked)
But today again an album from Frank Sinatra popped up in favorites.
I am not sharing my qobuz account with anyone, also did not sell or borrow any equipment with the qobuz account on it.
Has anyone else seen this happen with their qobuz account ?
It would be a good idea to see if these unsolicited additions are happening to your Qobuz account or a result of some oddity in the Mosaic version of it. Please open Qobuz on your computer then open Favourites and see if the additions appear there. Mosaic should show exactly the same but this may be a good first check.
My initial thought if Qobuz and Mosaic are showing the same favourites is that you may have added to favourites unknowingly by mistakenly touching the three dots at the right side of the Mosaic screen whilst e.g searching.
I have never heard of this happening before and I have been a Qobuz subscriber for eight years.
Then there isn’t much I can suggest. As I said, I have never heard of any other instances of this. I think that you should raise it with Qobuz customer services. If you are unsure of how to do this let me know.
