Mosaic wont connect to Tidal

Ok, maybe try the following (to be sure you’re deleting the Mosaic App and all its data, and they don’t get restored when you reinstall Mosaic).

iPhone → Settings → General → IPhone Storage → (search for Mosaic) → select the [Delete App] button.

Once that’s done re-install Mosaic and give it another shot :crossed_fingers:t3:

(If you really have airable reachability issues, it’ll crop up differently when you try to get that tidal login web browser screen initiated via mosaic).

PS Edit: I just checked, there’s no issue reaching airable (Germany) from Israel (albeit the latency isn’t that great, about 250ms), so airable is not the issue.

It’s tricky. I don’t know the exact mechanics of it, but I believe Mosaic doesn’t maintain the Tidal login credentials as such (ever since Tidal went to OAuth 2.1). Instead, Mosaic is passed an authentication token once you successfully login from that Tidal login web page initiated by Mosaic.

I am currently also in contact with the Israel distributor regarding this - it sounds like you are unable to access any Airable hosted services from where you are.

There is no TIDAL / Mosaic cache to reset and factory resetting the Rossini or doing Network Resets will not have caused the issue nor will it resolve it so please can we work through the issue methodically?

How long have you had your Rossini DAC?

How long has this issue been occurring?

Can you please send photos of the three pages of information shown in the front panel “Menu” → “Information” → “Unit Status” to [email protected] ? PLEASE DO NOT POST THEM HERE

From there I can see various initial bits of information that I need to start to help to assist - it is likely that I will also ask you to retrieve a set of logs from your Rossini but I will send you instructions for that as a reply to your email.
