Your problem seems to be dealt with in the earlier responses in this thread. Turn off Private Relay in the 3 versions of IoS that you cite you use.

Dang, I rolled right past that and it’s right there. My feeble excuse is I was spinning pretty fast last night bringing up my new dCS boxes of magic - still am to tell the truth. I’ve tried this on all three devices and now things work as expected.
