My upsampler is going back as they think they know why or what is happening to it. So hopefully progress is being made.
It’s a pain, but it could certainly be a hole lot worse without someone like dCS behind you. Hopefully 3rd time lucky.

I wish this thread wasn’t marked as “Solved”, Dunc. Gets my hopes up for you every time I visit! Sure you’ll get it sorted eventually, and great to hear that you’re so philosophical as it gets worked through. Unsurprised that dCS make it so pleasant

Further update.
New upsampler delivered today, this is a loan unit while mines goes back.
So just put it in the rack, all connected up and working.
Mine is boxed up ready to be picked up.
Can’t really ask for much more than that can you.

Mine was collected yesterday, it’s going via my Essex dealer.
Tell your Upsampler to say hi to my Bartòk on the work bench! 
Compared to my system, the little Sony portable speaker doesn’t quite cut the mustard!
Mine is getting picked up tomorrow, and off directly to dCS.
Hopefully we will both get them back soon and fixed.

Well been using the lent upsampler now for a while, and pleased to say it’s been perfect, even have my letters back.
Not sure how long it’s going to be as haven’t asked, as it doesn’t really matter whilst I have this one. but glad to see and hear this one in my system is working as it should.

My Bartók is still at my dealer, they’ve had it for exactly a week! 
I really do wish we were allowed to take it to dCS ourselves.
I’d be more than happy to drive it to Cambridgeshire.
