As Pete says, the Early Access v3.0 has now ended.

This was always a beta test with a 6 week duration from19th June. For some reason they decided to use the term Early Access ( with sasciiated customer confusion).
I suspect that this test version may no longer be available hence why it may not download. dCS Support should be able to provide the answer.
This is not the final version of v.3.0 AFAIK ( versions for Vivaldi and Lina are needed too) so I expect that it may be prudent just to await its announcement and release notes.

Once a new Mosaic version will popup in Stores, that will be a signal the update is coming. That’s my guess. 
No new Mosaic, no new update yet. There are new settings the app has to support.
Sorry to bother you,Coppy.If I understand correctly, have you tried the test release 3.0? If yes, after doing the update you noticed losses of the old previous configurations and/or losses of logging in Tidal/Qbuz if you have them, obviously. Thanks for your answers.
Cenzo, at the time of writing there is no final version of 3.0. The "“early release” was a test in the field with feedback submitted by participants to discover any faults like this so that they may be corrected for the final release. That was the whole point. The final version will be with us at some point in (the (near?) future.
Cenzo… No worries, glad to help. Have Tidal, Qobuz, Maestro and JPlay. All seem to work fine through Mosaic and directly. All log ins fine. probably my imagination but the sound clarity seems better as does the bass.
“Early Access” is a somewhat modern term used in the software development life cycle. Commonly used in the Gaming software circles, it’s now become fairly common for other industries as well.
The traditional approach of Alpha-Beta-General Release hasn’t gone away, but modern software development tends to be a lot more iterative with feedback sought from a much wider audience (under controlled conditions) as compared to traditional betas.
The Roon folks have also been using “Early Access” for some years now, typically fairly late into the Beta cycle, but prior to the final Release Candidate.

And any future release may be timed to a development and marketing cycle that best suites dCS efforts to reach as many of their customers as possible. Will dCS make further changes to filtering and mapping based on feedback from the forum? Will changes to Mosaic be implemented based on feedback? Will we see 3.0 launch at the same across all dCS solutions? We will have to wait and see!
