Cannot access all of my Qobuz playlists on Mosaic

Hi all, I am having trouble accessing all of my Qobuz playlists on my Mosaic app. I am using the Vivaldi stack and with all current updates. My mosaic app is also the latest version. I currently have 53 playlists on Qobuz but only 30 show up in Mosaic. One day about a couple of months ago, for some reason, all 53 of them showed up for that one day and then it went right back again to just 30 and has been the same ever since. Does anyone know why I can only access 30? Is anyone else having the same issue?
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Have you checked Qobuz directly via one of its own players ( e.g. desktop) to confirm that all are there? Perhaps your playlists exceeded whatever limit Qobuz is now placing on them ( 2,000 songs, not albums)? Or have you exceeded Mosaic’s limits ( or both).

Hi Pete, thanks for your response. Yes, they are all there in Qobuz. My playlists range from a couple of songs to about 150 or so in each playlist. My largest playlist is 238 songs. All 53 of my Playlists together total 1,677 songs. All 53 of my Qobuz playlists show up in my Lumin streamer. I thought it was odd that it’s never allowed me to view more than 30 playlists in Mosaic since I first started using my dCS upsampler, even when I only had a few songs in each playlist. Do you think reinstalling the app would help? Does Mosaic have a 30 playlist limit regardless of how many songs are in each playlist? (As I mentioned, all 53 playlists appeared for a short minute that one day I happen to check it and then went right back to 30). Thanks again! Your help is always appreciated.

As you say everting still shows up in Qobuz itself and as Mosaic reflects what your Qobuz account has as saved repertoire then it looks like the issue relates to Mosaic. However I do not know the extent of any size limitations. I am unable to find this information including the current iteration should things have changed. I wonder if @Phil can help on this?

I do not think that reinstalling Mosaic will help but it it is simple to do then why not try?

Looking into things a little further it appears that the 2,000 limit is not for all playlists but any single playlist ( unless I read the Qobuz info incorrectly)

Hi Pete, I tried reinstalling the Mosaic app and you were right, it didn’t make any difference, but was certainly worth a try.

I’m guessing this isn’t strictly a dCS issue. It likely has more to do with Qobuz’ API and Airable than a limitation with Mosaic/dCS;

Thanks Anup for that info. I’m not sure if that applies to my situation. I am not trying to exceed 500 playlists or anything close to that. I only have 53 total and of that only 30 show up in Mosaic. I see that the user in the thread you attached uses LMS/squeeze plugin. I am only using dCS equipment (Vivaldi stack) and your Mosaic app which I would imagine is how a good majority of the dCS stack users access Qobuz. Are all dCS stack only users using Mosaic limited to accessing just 30 playlists? Also, in case you didn’t see this, I mentioned earlier in my thread that all 53 playlists did show up one day in Mosaic but just for a brief moment, if that makes any difference). Hopefully, there’s something that can be done to fix this. Thanks so much.

Tom, if you weren’t aware, when you browse your Qobuz playlist on Mosiac, what you’re actually seeing comes via Airable, not Qobuz (and not something inherent within Mosaic). In that sense, Mosaic is just a frontend and merely reflects what it’s been presented from the backend servers, especially from the Streaming services.

I don’t know for a fact what you’re experiencing isn’t an issue with Mosaic per se, but perhaps @Phil can help further if you email [email protected]

Ok, thank you Anup for your time.
