Bartok upgrade to APEX

I am interested in the APEX upgrade. It looks like the price depends on how old the Bartok is. Somewhere around 2 years is the cut of. One price for more recent models and a much higher price for the older model. My Bartok was purchased November 2020. Is there a serial # cut off so that I can know for certain which upgrade I would be considering? Thank you, TB
