One of the things I really enjoyed at the recent Hong Kong show was Tim, the Richcom DJ’s unusual, eclectic and super-interesting choices of demo tracks, many of which I hadn’t heard before. So much more fun than listening to the same old audiophile fare.
I was only able to leave our room briefly to look around on a couple of occasions, but on one sortie, where I visited four rooms spread about the show, no less than three of them were playing Cantique de Noël from “Cantate Domino”. Strange to hear Swedish being sung all over a show in Hong Kong!
Let’s start with this one. A really left-field choice but one that really grew on me throughout the show.
