Thanks for all of the great recommendations everyone! Truly amazing times when I can start listening to an album from Qobuz/Roon in a small number of seconds after reading these posts.
A very nice and revealing song about how to identify well with a good DAC ,as my Bartok two different voices and guitars and drums at different positions and layers with a very cohesive and relax sound.
New (I think) from Sound Liaison. Quite the RQ/SQ. @BillK, given your ear for piano hammer tones, I would be interested to read your impressions.
For those of you who enjoy headphone listening, check out Ottmar Liebert’s binaural flamenco guitar album Up Close (Available on Qobuz):
I’ve had the Redbook of this for some time. Quite good!
Once, the prospect of listening to an album of harp music would have constituted a threat, but I really enjoyed most of this,
Thank you Qobuz.
Ha ha — I thought the same thing until I heard Mary Lattimore’s — Silver Ladders.
I’ll try yours now too
I think it can still constitute a credible threat.
Neither will make me forget Ottmar Liebert or Jesse Cook, but each is very pleasant.
dCS analog to digital converters were used in the recording of this album.

Bert van der Wolf records for his own label “Turtle Records” but also for many other labels.
Bert’s a great guy. I believe it was dCS’s own David Steven Jr. that came up with the name “Spirit of the Turtle”.
I had the honor of listening in his studio a long time ago.
Then it’s at home…haha
He is “THE” SACD specialist.
I am probably late to this party, but I enjoyed this even more than I expected. DXD from NstiveDSD.
