I am curious , what percentage of Rossini Apex Player owners use Mosaic vs Roon and why?

I cannot answer that as I have no idea. This kind of question needs a poll. I think you can find a facility to do this in the forum software but maybe someone else knows how.

It would be a guide only as not all dCS owners read or participate in this forum and even if they do not all may answer.

Interesting question though.

Why restrict it to Rossini Apex users? Mosaic or Roon are not specific to individual products in the current dCS range.

I agree, I am once again happily back with DCS components. I trying a fair number of things but seem to always come back to DCS. It is really my favorite. Each time I need to revalidate my previous assumptions . IE: the Mosaic vs Roon . I have a Synogoly NAS with MinimServer. I mostly listen to my own library of Ripped CD’s 95% with Qobuz being the other 5%. So before I start loading my files I want to try and get settled on my control app etc. I us a MBP, also I have a moon audio ethernet cable router to Rossini? I always remember DCS saying the basic Cale they prove is just fine and unshielded so I want to verify that as well. Thanks for the response, I remember most of the mosaic setting so im good there etc.

Mosaic mostly and occasionally the Qobuz app on laptop.
