This feature request suggests common behavior for the volume control within the DAC (my system is a Bartók). The observations here relate to when the setting for the Display is “OFF”:
- With the display turned off and a new volume being set with the rotary control, the screen lits itself on and the new volume is displayed with large fonts that dominate the display -> Great
- In a similar scenario, with the volume being changed by the Mosaic App (using Android), the screen remains blank -> The suggestion is to provide the same type of visual feedback as provided by the rotary volume control
- Again, with the volume being changed by a command being sent through RS232, the screen remains blank -> The suggestion is to provide the same type of visual feedback as provided by the rotary volume control
