Another thing I noticed in the Varèse spec sheet:

Residual Noise Better than 118dB0, 20-20kHz

@Phil Shouldn’t that be - (minus) 118dB0?

And what exactly is meant by dB0?

D’oh! I missed the minus off, my bad. It should indeed be minus. Well spotted, it shall be corrected.

dB0 is in reference to a full scale output, so residual noise will be at least 118dB below that level.

And 0Ω would be a short circuit and infinite current - defo outside of spec!
