Why these and not 44.1 and 48? I assume that the second clock is to support certain MQA encoded discs.
The 45 & 49 Mhz are the oscillators. The CT90 offers upsampling: 1024x 44.1 kHz (45.1584 MHz) and 1024x 48 kHz (49.1520 MHz):
