Rossini Clock or Apex upgrade

I recently upgraded from a Purcell/Delius to a Rossini (non-apex) that I got a decent deal on.

Now considering getting it Apex’d and also considering getting a Rossini clock.

I’d be interested in opinions about the order in which to do these.

From my experience, with Vivaldi rather than Rossini, my vote is also for Apex.

would you go for a Vivaldi even with USB only vs Rossini with LAN/streaming???
