[Mosaic FAQ] Why can't Mosaic control see my dCS product that is located on an 'isolated' network

Your dCS device must be on the same network as the mobile device running Mosaic Control in order for device discovery to function properly. These network “isolation” solutions block that discovery traffic and therefore Mosaic Control cannot see your dCS device. Connect your dCS device to your regular network and it will function as intended. Isolation devices that place your dCS device on a separate network as well as so-called “bridged” solutions are not supported by dCS .
