In order to function properly Mosaic Control requires Mosaic Processor 1.0 to be installed on your dCS product. We have put a mechanism in place to assist you with the update the first time you run Mosaic Control. Once your dCS product has the latest firmware installed Mosaic Control will function normally. Your dCS product must be reporting a “Network Board” version of 500 or greater in order for Mosaic Control to function.
