Introducing Tom Sanderson

Hi all,

I’d like to introduce Tom Sanderson. @Tom has joined dCS this week as the Head of Customer Support & Service. He has a huge amount of experience in audio and providing customer support, and he’ll be looking after providing technical support and overseeing servicing on dCS products.

I’m sure you’ll be seeing plenty of Tom on the forum over the coming months, so be sure to give him a warm welcome!

Hi everyone,

Thank you all for the warm welcome—it’s genuinely appreciated. I’m very pleased to be joining the dCS community as Head of Support & Service, I’m looking forward to working closely with both the team and all of you.

By way of introduction, I’ve spent over 20 years in various customer service and technical support roles in the luxury electronics and audio space, most recently leading EMEA support for several high-end audio brands. My background combines hands-on technical troubleshooting with building and leading support teams, improving processes, and—most importantly—ensuring that customers get the level of service that truly matches the quality of the products they own.

Audio has always been a passion of mine, not just professionally but personally as well, so it’s a privilege to now be part of a brand with such a strong reputation for engineering excellence and musical performance.

I’m keen to listen, learn, and support wherever I can—so please don’t hesitate to say hello.
