Natalie Bibby, 2026 MPG Mastering Engineer of the Year, invited dCS into her studio at the iconic AIR Studios in London to talk process, creativity and inspiration.
Since joining AIR, her work has expanded into film and television, soundtracks for the BBC, Sky and Netflix, alongside albums for Wolf Alice, Faith No More, Kraftwerk, Lola Young and many more.
Outside the studio, she’s also a musician, recording and mixing her own music at home and an advocate for access to the industry and education.
