Based on feedback, we’re adding a new section to the dCS Community FAQs (the “forum rules”). The following will be added in, to help ensure that the forum stays as a place for dCS owners to talk with like-minded people about dCS products and associated topics.
Industry / Manufacturer Participation
This forum exists to support and serve the dCS owner community. To maintain a fair, unbiased and user-focused environment, we apply the following guidelines regarding commercial participation:
- No unsolicited commercial promotion. Manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and their representatives may not use the forum to promote products or services in which they have a commercial interest. This includes promotional or marketing posts, product announcements intended to drive sales and comparisons designed primarily to position commercial offerings.
- No solicitation of sales (public or private). The forum may not be used to solicit business, either publicly (e.g. posts, replies, signatures) or privately (e.g. direct messages to members).
