dCS Bartók vs dCS Lina

Hello all, I have a dCS Bartók with headphone amp+Rossini clock (high quality clock cables) and I was wondering what are the difference(s) between the dCS Lina system…is there a difference in sound quality etc…

Hi, The physical casework on the Bartok allows for better isolation of the various subsections of the DAC, the DAC boards are different and the Bartok has the ability to select different mappers for driving the DAC too.

Just to make it clear - there is absolutely no commonality between any of the boards in the LINA and Bartok, not just the DAC board…

Hi Miguel,

No - the LINA software version is 1.x … the v2 software update was for Bartok not Lina.
