Bartók and MQA — which USB input?

The USB type A input is for attachment of a USB thumb drive with music files on it. For MQA decoding and rendering to function correctly the files need to be properly tagged. See:

In order for the MQA authentication process to work correctly the file’s metadata tags need to include codes that the MQA decoder verifies. If you have edited the metadata of your MQA files then the tags may have become corrupted. This is a very common problem as the tags and artwork provided with the files may not match a listener’s preferred metadata tagging convention. The USB type B input only supports MQA streams that are already decoded so you’ll need to do the decoding upstream in your playback software.
