Is there any advantage to using the dCS ASIO driver over USB Class 2 (exclusive)?

No. USB Class 1 and ASIO are legacies of a bygone age.

However I guess there is is a case for ASIO if you have an elderly DAC without USB2 selection and use a PC made pre-September 2017as a source ( perdurably with a media player installed) with Windows earlier than 10. But then you wouldn’t need to ask :slightly_smiling_face:.
