Any differences between AC100V and AC115V?

I’m enjoying music via dCS Bartok+ with AC100V in Japan.
My friend has recommended me to change the power supply voltage setting to 115V to get a clearer sound.

Is this true? Does anyone have any experiences about a difference of sound quality by changing the voltage setting?

Hi Hiroshi,

100V is the correct setting for Japan. Do not change the unit to 115V as this will have no effect on sound quality. Changing the voltage will at the very least void the warranty on the unit, and it may well cause damage to it as a result.
