Your comment is addressed to dCS. The forum is basically a dialogue between dCS customers. If you want dCS itself to add or amend something I suggest that you use the dCS Products category then the feature requests thread.
I have to say that I don’t really understand your point.
Locking a phone is a safety feature to prevent unauthorised tampering. So you cannot select or alter apps when locked. This is not a dCS feature but Apple ( for iPhones).
I do not know what you mean by dynamic island. Maybe posting a screenshot will help. If you mean that it does not appear on the phone’s home screen then you can move it. It will also appear in the app Library screen. However my UK iPhone does not have a category for music players and it selects what to use, not dCS. This screen cannot be customised. In my case Mosaic shows as a utility.
This is a screen shot when I play Spotify, as you can see , I can change track when the phone is locked . I can not do it when I play via the mosaic app.
However I cannot see from your screenshot that you can change tracks as the image shows what is playing, back, forward ( is that what you refer to?), Play/Pause, airplay access and volume. No direct track selection.
As the date shown is the Hebrew year I guess you may be in Israel. I am in the UK and my iPhone lock screen ( iOS 26.3.1) shows a somewhat different layout to yours. Even the wallpaper that you have is not available to me.
I think that certain default screen layouts may be partly due to the smartphone distributor/supplier for the territory in question. Whatever, I think that what you desire may be in a domain other than that of dCS.
Someone may know better however so if they wish to comment please do.
If this option were implemented, it would be very convenient. It would provide information about what file is being played and the ability to rewind or skip it. I strongly support its implementation in Mosaic.
I have logged this for discussion with the Product team. I’ve also moved the thread to the Feature Requests category and merged it with the other thread you made to keep everything in one place.
