I really enjoy these ‘classic’ performances, from a time when (in my opinion) King’s College Choir, under the baton of Sir David Willcocks, were at the height of their powers.
As a child, I was a regular visitor (with my family) to King’s College, Cambridge for choral evensong, which led me to become a chorister and musician (clarinet, then saxophone).
King’s Cambridge was the genesis of my musical ‘journey’, which has been a lifelong passion.
