After downloading, Mosaic tries to verity and returns the message “Update package invalid. Please contact dCS”. Any remedies?
You done the normal things?
Like switch the unit off on the rear switch? If not do this, leave off for about 30 seconds and switch it back on, then switch on front the front panel and do the upgrade.
Also make sure the app is up-to-date, as this changed to a newer version not that long ago, obviously make sure this is correct

Well i guess you need to probably wait till tomorrow and hopefully someone from dCS can help.

I reckon that I have responded to similar queries many times over the past years. In all cases that I can recall following the procedure that @Dunc advises has worked.
I wonder therefore if you have done exactly what he says? Did you switch off the unit from the REAR rocker switch ? Did you wait sufficiently while the unit was so switched off (but maybe a minute) ?
You may need to wait until next week if you do need to contact dCS as many English companies will bridge from the public holiday yesterday until Monday. still, you may be lucky.
