Rossini transport versions

Quick question… there has only been one version of the Rossini Cd/SACD transport? I know there is the player as well but just checking.

Thanks! I think I was getting confused with a review that mentioned v2 but it was with the Dac as well so I assume that was the v2 bit.

Probably. There has only been one version of the Rossini DAC (hardware) as well, but that has had 1.0 and 2.0 firmware versions, which must be what that is referring to.

That’s news. Checking my Rossini Transport’s menu I see 1.00. This is from 2020 (I think). So what did v.2 add and how can I update it?

NB: Software history via Only the Music shows no updates for Rossini Transport only Player.
