Network Bridge - No Output

Hi, my network bridge that was repaired just under a year ago has stopped working again.

I can see it in Mosaic, send a signal/music via Qobuz and see it playing on Mosaic but there is no signal coming out. I have tried both AES connection ports but no sound. To ensure it wasn’t another component failure, I re inserted my old NAD streamer and that works fine through the ARC cable.

Any thoughts on the fault, or do I need another repair?

Just make sure, the volume is not turned down (right bottom corner in Mosaic).

The volume was on 0 dbs but I noticed that I must have accidentally touched the mute button on the volume control……it’s back and running again.

Many thanks…volume was the one thing I didn’t look at.
