Bartok Apex TIDAL playback issue

Hi guys,

Been having playback issues on TIDAL where during playback the track stops for a few seconds. Been having this issue for few months. Any with Bartok Apex have this issue? Have no problem playing Spotify .

Hi Shamyl,

I haven’t noticed anything like this. Some questions:

  • Which country’s TIDAL service are you using?
  • Is this when using TIDAL Connect or TIDAL via Mosaic?
  • When the dropouts occur are they repeatable? In other words if you restart the track or scrub backwards does the dropout recur at the same point?
  • When the music comes back after the dropout does it resume at the same point or a point further on? I.e. is it as if the replay was paused or muted?
  • Which Network Board Version do you have? (Front panel or in Mosaic: Hamburger menu/Support/Versions)

Next time you experience this please can you note down the track and the time it drops out and report back?
